Day 1: Arrive Lisboa

On your first day, your personal tour host will welcome you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.Day at leisure. Overnight stay at Lisboa.

Day 2: Lisboa

Breakfast at the hotel. The tour begins by driving through the Avenida da Liberdade to Rossio, the very heart of the city.Stop at Belém, the quarter dedicated to the Portuguese discoveries where you find the Tower of Belém and the Discoveries Monument. The fabulous manueline style of Jerónimos Monastery cannot be missed. Overnight stay at Lisboa.

Day 3: Lisboa - Evora

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Evora. Drive along the "marginal" (road parallel to the river) and discover the Coastal resorts of Estoril and Cascais. Continue along the coast, stop at Cabo da Roca and be surprised by a stunning view from the westernmost point of continental Europe. Drive to Sintra, a mountain village that is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In the centre lies the spectacular Sintra National Palace with its twin chimneys, in the top the Pena National Palace is also worth a visit. Taste some of the wonderful regional pastries. After lunch head south to Évora. Overnight stay at Évora.

Day 4: Evora - Marvao

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Marvao. En route, you can go for a city tour of Evora.Its historical centre is protected by a vast ring of fortified walls and considered World Heritage Site by Unesco. After lunch, drive to Marvão through Parque Natural da Serra de São Mamede. While in Marvão take a walk through the small streets and picturesque corners. Visit the Church of Santa Maria, converted into a museum. Head to Belmonte where you will find a place with rich Jewish Heritage.Check in hotel. Overnight stay at Marvao.

Day 5: Marvao - Pinhao

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Pinhao. Spend your morning in Belmonte, one of the historical villages of Portugal. For hundreds of years, the local Jews were forced to practice their belief in secret. The Synagogue is open for visitors. Discover the city of Viseu, centre of the Dão Vineyards. Visit the Viseu Cathedral and the next door museum dedicated to master Vasco Fernandes, a famous 16th century painter. Along the centre you will find a busy commercial area. Departure to Pinhão by the end of the day through a beautiful road. At Pinhao be surprised by one of the most beautiful landscapes of northern Portugal.Check in hotel. Overnight stay at Pinhao.

Day 6: Pinhao - Porto

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Porto, Capital and gateway to the north of Portugal ,it is located near the mouth of Douro River. Discover the city centre on foot and visit the Palácio da Bolsa (the Chamber of Commerce) with its splendorous Arabian Hall, the S. Francisco Church with its overwhelming gilded carved wood decoration and walk along the Ribeira, one of the most picturesque quarters of Porto. Cross the bridge and taste a Port at a Port Wine Cellar. On arrival check in hotel. Overnight stay at Porto.

Day 7: Porto - Lisboa

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Lisboa.Spend your morning at Porto and stop at this unique medieval village on your way to Lisboa. When entering the delightful town of Óbidos, you will be travelling back in time. Walk through the walls of this town, with white house’s adorned with bougainvilleas and honeysuckle. Be sure to visit the Saint Mary Church,the pretty Capela de São Martinho and the castle (a Pousada nowadays).On arrival, check in hotel. Overnight stay at Lisboa.

Day 8: Depart Lisboa

Today is the last day of our tour. Your guide will drive you to Airport where you are expecting your flight back home. Eight beautiful and richly-filled days came to an end.
